This week in reading we have been learning to infer. Schema + clues from the text = Inferring. We have been 'reading between the lines' and thinking about books that are JRFM. We read/watched The Wreck of the Zephyr.
This week in writing we have been learning to use sentence punctuation. We started our writing groups where we give each other feedback. We have to be kind but honest.
This week in numeracy people have been learning about timetables, place value, negative numbers and digits.
This week in inquiry we learnt what the word multicultural means, which is about different people from different countries. We experienced activities from different cultures, like Thai food.
This week in science we learnt about hard boiled eggs.
This week in PE we were practising T ball skills.
This week in Art we designed our own Google logo.
This week in ICT we made a list of passwords.
